• I consult with the client to discuss which style, size, patina and base insert they require.
• An invoice is issued and a down-payment of 30% of the total is required to proceed to the scanning (bust), 3D mapping (yacht, car) or clay modelling (horse, portrait urn) stage.
• For busts, scanning and photography takes place under electric light and takes about 75 minutes to complete. A room with no sunlight is required. It is fine if the curtains or blinds are drawn.
• For yachts and cars, we will arrange for a 3D mapping firm to visit you in an area of your choice.
• For horses and portrait urns, we require numerous photos of the subject’s head and neck from all angles – ideally 15 or so.

• Once our scanning is completed we work on the model in our studio and produce a 3D visualisation / computer generated image of the completed portrait.
• We send the 3D visualisation to the client by email for approval. At this point the client is permitted one round of amendments, i.e. hairline, chin, cheek-bones, etc.
• The second 3D visualisation will be final and when the client approves this a further 30% deposit will be taken.
• Once funds have been banked I will instigate the 3D printing, mould making and subsequent bronze casting process.
• Depending on the type and size of portrait that has been commissioned the completed bust will be ready for delivery about three to four months after initiation of contract. A final balance invoice of the remaining 40% will be issued.
• Once banked, the portrait as well as the artist’s certificate will be delivered to the client’s address in a purpose made flight case.

Shipping costs are included in the price given on the price list.

Costs of travel to scan a client within Europe are included in the price given on the price list.

Costs for travel outside of Europe are split with the client and added to the price on the price list.
